I advocate using an ADJUSTABLE Cock ring...putting on RIGHT AFTER injecting. You must be able to remove it when hard. Works for me 100%.

Here’s what I do. I use a stretchy silicon cock ring. I put in on full package, so over both cock and balls.

- I put on a cock ring before injection to plump up my flaccid. Work up a slight semi
- remove cockring and inject
- replace cockring for the massaging phase (not always)
- once erection seems fully developed, I take the ring off again.
