You might want to ask your uro to up your mix from 30,2,20. The PGE-1 is what mostly controls rigidness, so 30,2,30 or 30,2,40 or even 30,3,30 or 30, 3, 40 might work better for you. A side effect on increasing the script should be that you could use less per injection, saving you a few bucks.

Im needing to go up as I am using nearly 50 units of 30/1/10 and getting results that make me think we could have a failure if foreplay goes long. Price wise, what kind of change have you seen when going up from this mix to 30/2/20? Working with a budget.

I did shots for about 10 years. My compounding pharmacy charged the same amount regardless of the prescription. If you are using nearly 50 units have your doc write a script that is considerably stronger.

I felt like the sweet spot was a script that got me the erection I wanted for 10-15 units. That is a large enough amount that I could draw it up in the syringe with enough accuracy. Yet potent enough that I got a LOT of shots out of a 10 cc vial.

If you are using 10u you are getting 100 shots out of a 10cc vial.

If you are using 50u you are getting 20 shots out of the same vial.

(100u = 1cc = 1ml)
