Boy I'd talk to a medical professional about the physiology and side effects for sure.
1. I did some testing of Tri-Mix and its components for sensitivity/allergy purposes into my inner forearm dermal tissueand they all caused significant bruising. I did a thread on this, search "allergy".
2. Twice I have NOT gotten a 5/16" needle in deep enough and got the shot into the surface tissue and it caused a lot of red painful swelling but not a boner.
Injected into non-vascular (non-corporal, non-arterial or on-venous) tissue seems to cause hemorrhage IMO. Not knowing the structure/physiology of the head/glans, I'd not risk that in the head/glans personally.
Now that said, my head/glans gets plenty engorged after shooting up in the correct medically indicated places in the shaft, plenty engorged. Wifey likes it. Frequently I feel a twinge in the head immediately after starting the injection. Not knowing the physiology, I don't know if, 1. the head/glans is fed by the intercavernosal arteries (one each side) and my injection went into that artery and some went to the head, or 2. if the head/glans if fed by the two little arteries on top that feed the outer shaft. But my head always gets big when injecting so I suspect it is fed by the intercavernosal arteries. Maybe someone more informed can clarify.
My engorged shaft diameter in the center, the smallest part is around 1.50" and the rim of the glans is about 1.875". The base is 1.75" dia (measured looking down).
