I've not heard this before. The reports I usually see are that the medicine does not lose effectiveness but, generally, men's ED worsens so it takes more solution for the same effect. But I doubt anyone really knows.
That's exactly what my physician said to me about all or most ED treatments. It's not that you build a tolerance to Trimix it's the cause of your ED has gotten worse..The penile artery is tiny compared to your cardiac arteries....so that artery clogs first in terms of ED is usually a pre-cursor for heart disease..or arteriosclerosis...And that indeed was my situation, it was almost too late...Had to have By-pass surgery about 5 years after the ED issues came into play..
i think we are having two different conversations here. Yes. there are instances where someone has arteriosclerosis, and there are issues with eyesight, followed by ED, followed by bigger issues ....and in that case the ED is progressing over time.
But in other cases, the behavior is a factor. BIMIX is comprised of 2 ingredients. TRIMIX is 3. A sensible user may gradually increase one of more ingredients over the course of decades....where Someone who injects like a "fiend" , can go from the lowest BIMIX recipe to the maximum TRIMIX recipe, in just a couple of years. This is not because the sensible person's ED is on the slow track, and the fiend just happens to have some kind of rapid progression ED. Using it sensibly also allows the pinpricks time to heal ......and there are less of them.
