New pharmacy says don’t refreeze trimix. Will “degrade”

Been using Trimix for about 2 years.
I have not been able to notice an effectiveness difference of trimix whether I stored by Freezer or refrigerator.

As far as prefilling syringes go I will prefill 4 or 5 syringes put them in the fridge in a Ziploc bag about every 2 weeks.

The vial itself sometimes I keep in the refrigerator and sometimes I keep it in the freezer but as I said earlier I have never been able to notice the difference
