5mg daily Cialis is commonly prescribed but I don't think it is the maximum. My urologist, who specializes in aggressive sexual medicine modalities, upped me from 5mg to 10mg, saying that 5mg is really just a placebo and 10 is necessary for actual effect. I know that's not commonly understood but that was his opinion.

Just as a point of reference, when I was in Germany in my late 30s for vacation I met this wonderful, sexy woman and we hit it off. I had 10mg Cialis at the time, and before our first night together I took one. The results were a little disappointing, whether from nerves or the dose being a little weak for me I don't know.
So I started taking a 10mg once per day for the rest of the time I was in Germany (about 4 more days) even though you're not supposed to take that dose daily. We fucked like rabbits the rest of the time with zero issues. Maybe I had a stuffy nose or headache, but I can't remember and didn't notice because we were having such a good time.
