In rare cases low T is caused by a pituitary or hypothalamus tumor. All guys with low T should have a skull MRI to check for this.
Thanks for the concern and message. Clomid was prescribed by my urologist, who is a great doc and pretty well known in his field. And it worked, although my T has only been above 600 maybe once or twice over the last ten years and dozen or so measurements. I’m usually in the 4-600 range.
The good thing about Clomid is it doesn’t interfere with the body’s ability to make T on its own. It just encourages the brain to tell the testes to make more T. I’d say it’s worked for me for the last decade, anyway.
