Update:: I increased my dose by a small amount (my dose was always really small so I went from from .9 to 1.2) and it's working much better like it did before. Only concern there is wondering if the need for a dose increase is an indicator of building up scar tissue. But glad to be back in business for the time being.

This discussion is very helpful. I'm awaiting my first TriMix delivery any day now. It makes a lot of sense to me to pre-fill a few syringes and then freeze them. For one, it seems like they would thaw more easily than the entire vial. I was thinking that pre-loaded syringes might be subject to bumping that would accidentally dispense some of the medicine but keeping them frozen would mitigate that risk.
Born 1954. Diabetes, hypertension and atherosclerosis. Sildenafil is iffy. Tri-Mix (30/3/20 Pap/Phen/PGE1) a godsend pending long-term efficacy. Daily Cialis. Tried LiESWT, Botox, PT-141, Eroxon, QST, DUS, Vertica, cabergoline, psychotherapy+hypnotherapy.
