I’m going to need to work on avoiding shrinkage and dealing with the belly fat making this more difficult.

shaking hands is something i have gotten more used to the more injections i do. the only thing that helps that is relaxation for me. a lot of deep breaths and visualizing a happy place. lol. use of a VED also very helpful, even if it is a cheap version. as long as you do the cock ring with it. it really helps to get a good spot to inject. without a VED, i never would have injected anywhere near 12 but with the VED i have injected plenty of times at 11 o'clock as well as 1 on the right side. i did injure my hand and i had to have the wife inject me a few times. luckily those went just fine. the failures i have had have been on my part. even when i am relaxed and find a god spot, i have still messed it up and only got a chubby. keep at it is all i can say. its what i have done.

Musson: For left-side injection, pull your shaft with your right hand while bending it to the right a little, to present a convex surface to the needle, but be careful not to twist, or you might hit around 12:00. Hopefully stretching your length will bring more of it into view.

If there's significant pain, I pull out and move the point a very small amount. There are microscopic networks of pain nerves at the skin surface and deeper, but I find that I can do almost-painless or sometimes even painless injections.
