Hi phallus. No fibrosis. I use the thinnest possible (I think) needles, 31 ga., 5/16" (8mm) long. I pull the penis a little longer before injecting to help palpate to find the corpus cavernosum. I think this also has the advantage of minimizing tissue interception by the needle.
Age 80 in 2025. On testosterone replacement due to hypothalamus malfunction. (Attention depressed guys: low testosterone is a cause.) Healthy health nut but ED due to getting old. Like to keep enough cardiovascular ability to thrust for 30 min.
