Good advise Jim. Well, after delaying a few days out of fear, I did the left side yesterday. Just a normal exercise with no problems except my trembling hand-LOL. I soon as I was ready to jab, my hand started shaking uncontrollably and I had to re-group. I payed close attention to my erection, comparing both sides for firmness, straightness and feeling. All seemed normal until it subsided 1.5 hours later. My plan at this point is to get the recommended auto injecter before I try the right side again. If I have the same results as my first post, I will then seek out a Uro.

I also noticed lately that it is hard to get the plunger to start the injection. I wonder if there is something wrong with my syringes. I have an old vial of Trimix that has expired at the lake house and will do some experimenting with the function of the syringes in the sink with that old batch to see if I have the same hard start with the plunger. Does anyone else have a hard time starting the plunge? Thanks for all the input Gents.

Usually when the syringe is hard to start it means I'm not through the wall completely. I can feel it when the needle goes through now.

I'm 72 and have been injecting for over 15 years. I have never experienced much pain. I also agree with 'ohohiakane'. I always make sure my penis is at least semi hard, preferable erect. Work your penis before you inject to make sure it is not flaccid. I also have never done the left-right rotational thing. I'm right handed and inject right side only. I have never experienced any scarring. If you have difficulty getting hardness in the penis, use a pump, if necessary, to get it up! The needle goes in very easily w/o any pain with a hard cock.
