When I was using Trimix injections, I got fully hard within 10 mins, and stayed hard a good 2 hours, even after cumming.
I had a nice chubby for about 2 hours after the first 2 hours.
After about 8 years and increasing the dosage, I would only get hard for a few minutes.
When I started on Trimix, my uro told me that I would eventually need an implant.

Been using trimix for about 8 years I get hard after about 5 or 10 minutes after injection stays hard for about 1 1/2 hours stays hard after I cum I have a chubby for a couple more hours and with a little stimulation can get hard again I started with 10-2-10 trimix at about 10 units now at 25 units of 30 -3 -40 of trimix this is me after about 10 minutes after injection still works great for me wife loves me to leave my hard cock in her after we both cum

I get hard pretty quickly: 5'ish minutes. Lately, it's been random for when it goes soft. Sometimes just ½ hour, sometimes 3 hours. Often, I'll go soft in 45 minutes then pop back up ½ hour later.

I get hard in 5 to 10 minutes. What I’ve found is I will stay hard for 10 minutes for every unit of injection. 3 units is a half hour, 6 units is an hour, 12 units is two hours, and 18 units, which is the max I’ve ever tried when I was still experimenting, was three hours.
At three hours, I didn’t find much joy int it. My dick ached a bit after we had sex even though I was still really hard. My wife let me pound on her a couple times to see if I could off, which didn’t happen and she finally said “why don’t you try to finish it by hand”.
Now I use 3 units. I get a nice erection, we both get off and things return to normal after a half hour. I’ve actually tried injecting just one unit to see if anything would happen and it did. Just enough to self pleasure myself.

66, Radical Prostatectomy in 2023, pills did nothing initially, but starting to notice some effect. Use Trimix with great success, but now trying regain ability to get natural erections as I did prior to RP, able to have PIV sex with a C ring.
