BIMIX Loss of efficacy
I started BIMIX in late July and have been using the same vials since then and I've noticed the last few times I've used it (past 3 weeks) I've lost my erection about 5 to 7 minutes into intercourse. I use 5 units for a perfect morning session. I used 7 units Sunday morning and i still went soft about 5 or 6 minutes in and had some heavy foreplay to get him back to finish. I'm assuming it's starting to lose potency just sitting in my fridge door since July 30th. Has anyone had experience with BIMIX losing some of it's efficacy over 2-ish months being just refrigerated in the door and never being frozen? My urologist prescribed BIMIX #4 (30/1) and it reads to discard by 10/22/2026.

Re: BIMIX Loss of efficacy
I haven't used Bimix but have a lot of experience with Trimix, and I've never frozen it. I've used ten-month-old refrigerated Trimix with no loss of effectiveness. I've used Trimix on vacation which had warmed to room temperature for 4-5 days, with no loss of effectiveness.
Maybe your injection technique isn't optimum yet.

Re: BIMIX Loss of efficacy
Sometimes you inject perfectly sometimes you don't.
You may need a few more units.
As been said previously your Bimix is probably fine.Sometimes I think the thing of freezing Bimix/Trimix is somewhat overblown.
If I were you I would increase by 5 units till you get the response you want.
Who knows....something may have recently changed in your system to that requires a larger dosage

I don't know about increasing by five units - that's 100% over the "perfect morning session." I would increase by one unit - that's 20% more, and do a series of six-unit solo injections three days apart to perfect your injection technique. And keep ice cubes and 120mg of phenylephrine capsules (Walgreens Wal-Phed PE) handy in case of a four-hour erection. Better: get the injectable phenylephrine from your urologist.
