First injection today

Injection #4 last night.
Pump up my penis and injected 12 units as before. I use 1/2” needle this time.
Got a bit better with masturbation and was able to penetrate with a cock ring.
Went down just after I climax.
Not quit enough, will try 16-17 units next time.

Injection #5 last night, pumped and injected 17 units on left side.
I masturbated to move injection from bottom to top and it help.

We have lift off! Got about an hour of usable erection with masturbation & PIV until I orgasm.
Was very hard altough mostly in the first 3/4, gland was not hard, tried a c ring for a while and this help.

I could have went for a 2nd round with masturbation and c ring but by that time, wife was sleeping.

Not sure were to go from here but 1-2 extra unit probably.

Injection #6, 20 units, Right side was a dud I must have hit a blood vessel . I can see the blister.

Injection #7, 20 units, left side success 9/10, lasted 1 hr good erection.

Injection #8, 20 units , Right side, success 9/10, a good 1.3 hrs erection but more pain in penis.
I think I found my dose at 20 units.
It works good for me but im disapointed that im also getting some side effects.
Back and muscle pain this am, hear ringing & pains .Similar to Cialis if i take them everyday. I do wait 48 hrs between inections.
Anyone see these side effects?

Never had any side effects with Trimix.

As others have said plumping up is very important with injecting Trimix.If it takes 5 or 10 minutes to really get plump.... thats ok

Yeah, this is exactly what happened to me and it landed me in the ER for a very unpleasant experience. Survivable but unpleasant. OP does NOT want to have to endure that.
