Trimix injections the day after & side effects

Looking at trying injections as pills are getting worst for side effects.
With pills I get a few days of larger flacid and usable erection if I use a cock ring.

Do you see this with injections the day after or it needs to be used everytime?
Any side effects from injecting?
What is the difference between bimix and trimix?

It's been a long time since I used injections. As I remember Trimix worked great for me for a couple of years. As it started to lose its effectiveness and my dose went up to get results it would leave me with a sore penis the next day. I had to inject every time for sex. Bimix is the same as Trimix minus one ingredient, but I can't remember which one. Bimix is what a lot of guys start with because it is not as potent. Set up a visit with a men's sexual health urologist where they will inject you to see what works.

I have been using and am still using Trimix for about 15 years and 2,000 happy endings with less than 10 "Duds". I have never once had any side effects. Back in the day, I tried Viagra and had minor headaches for maybe 24 hours and slightly blurred vision a few times. In the 2,000 shots, I have had a small bruise maybe 20 times that went away within 24 hours every time. The only thing that I would call a side effect is usually tension in the rectum/anus area that feels like high blood level (I think of it as the equivalent of an erection in the anal area -- I presume that it is a prostate thing from the Trimix). It always is completely gone within an hour and a half after the happy ending. It does not bother me at all, and I have no prostate issues.

In general, BiMix contains papaverine and phentolamine.
TriMix contains those two medications plus prostaglandin (PGE-1, alprostadil).

TriMix is typically considered more potent than BiMix because of the added prostaglandin component.

Some men experience an aching sensation in the penis or groin from the prostaglandin. Most don’t, but if it occurs, that ache can be considered a side effect.

In my case, I noticed more nocturnal erections and stronger morning erections after an injection. Otherwise, I didn’t experience side effects. I used injections for over 11 years and missed fewer than five doses during that time.

Eventually, my erectile dysfunction progressed to the point where injections were no longer sufficient, and I chose to get an implant.
