Quadmix or trimix?

I would consider going to size 50 or 60 units maximum with your current prescription and then I think you should get a stronger dose, but there are several levels before you need to advance to quiet mix.

Hi guys.. 10 years ago I was able to get an erection with only 3 units of trimix, maintained for 1.5 hours. Recently in October, I used 40 units and was able to get an erection but lasted only 15 minutes.

That said, is there anyone who had the same problem as me? What did you do to make the trimix stronger? Or did you switch to quadmix?

What is the mix of ingredients in your TriMix? Has that stayed constant over the 10 years? Without knowing those pieces, it's hard to say which is the best way to go. You may have plenty of room to increase the mix and possibly even decrease the dose. You've left out key information.

I had the same problem. I used to get hard in 10 minutes and stay hard for a good 2 hours.
After 8 years I could only stay hard at the full dose allowed with trimix.
I tried Quadmix and it wasn't any better, and it also made my penis ache.
My Uro told me when I started on Trimix that I would eventually need an implant.
I got Implanted 3 years ago, and love it.

I'm in the same boat. I really loved it when 10 years ago all I used was 3 units and get hard in 10 minutes too. Then years later, getting stupid soreness from injection 40 - 50 units. That's why I'm considering getting an implant - rescheduled it.

I got Implanted 3 years ago, and love it.

I had to reschedule my implant surgery again cuz of the good reaction I had from viagra 2 days ago. I'll talk to my doc this Friday to ask what he thinks.

1. Is your libido better now with an implant than before the implant?

2. I fear losing sexual sensation from the surgery and becoming numb. Did you lose any sexual sensation with the implant?

1. My libido was low, but because my testosterone was low. I am on TRT now with testopel. It has helped my libido a lot.

2. I did lose some sensitivity after the implant, but it did come back, your guy is going through a lot of trauma with the implant.
I was also like most guy a bit shorter but with cycling I did regain my size.
It took a good 9 months before everything was back to the way I was before the implant.

While I was on Trimix the strength was increased three times. On the final strength it was taking me 60-80 units to get an erection. Switched to Quadmix and the first use of 10 units gave me an erection that lasted 2 hours. Next injection with 10 only gave me a chubby. Upped to 20 units next, decent erection. By the fifth or sixth time using the Quadmix it was taking 40-50 units to get a halfway decent erection. The side effect to that was an achy penis all day the next day. So, the switch to Quadmix was a short-lived change, guess my venous leak was getting worse rapidly.

1. I was never tested for a venous leak, but I think I did have one.
If Trimix still worked for me, I would still be using it.

2. When Trimix stopped working for me, I tried quadmix. It wasn't any better and it made my penis ache.
I did not have any soreness or pain when I used Trimix

1. That's difficult to answer. I had a doppler to confirm the venous leak. My thought is if there was no venous leak I wouldn't be using injections.
2. It's been maybe 8-9 years since I used Quadmix so it's hard to remember when the ache started. I just remember being very uncomfortable the next day. I only went through one vial of Quadmix and because of the unreliability and next days ache is why I gave up injections and decided for the implant.

After some 12 years of using Trimix at the maximum formula I had to go the Quad-mix route. I was up to 30IU with Trimix and with mix results. About 2 years I started taking Quad-mix and could cut my dosage in a little less than half the Trimix dose. Everything I've read about Trimix becoming ineffective for guys over time is not due to increase tolerance of the drug but a worsening of the underlying condition causing the ED. As we age our veins and arteries become more constricted limiting blood flow to the penis as well as to other critical body parts...The only proven way to stop this progression or in some cases reverse it, is to follow a program like Dr. Dean Ornish prescribes. But that entails a great deal of discipline to follow a whole food plant based life style devoid of any animal products, regular exercise, stress reduction along with social supports. But there are now several medical studies indicating that this has in some cases reversed artery damage caused by years of an unhealthy diet, with no exercise and sustained high BP. Since I embarked on this Ornish plan I have noticed an improvement (with meds of course) in my erections. Maybe it's placebo along with the Quad-mix, but I'll take it.
