I have no fridge in my bedroom and would prefer not to have to do the “walk of shame” down two floors and across the house to the basement fridge where I keep my Trimix (dodging other house residents and hoping no one sees the needle in my hand and starts asking questions). I have been thinking about drawing a needle the night before we have sex and keeping it on my bureau for the morning.
My question is - how much will 8 hours or so of room temp affect the efficacy of my dose? Would it help to put it in a thermos?
Also - I suspect all of the needles they gave me have this thing where you really can’t get the cap back on the needle after you take it off. If I were a conspiracy theorist, I might wonder if this was intentional to prevent people from optimizing their dose itinerary by refreezing drawn needles. Where do you guys get your recappable needles from?

Leaving a needle out for the night
Genetically sky-high Lp(a) of 390 led to various heart diseases. Ultra-low testosterone of 120 (now 480 with Clomid) also contributed to ED at age 41. Managing with daily Cialis, but for me, the implant is a "when", not an "if".

Re: Leaving a needle out for the night
I have on several occasions both left it out for a night, and also taken some preloaded syringes on a trip where I was moving daily. After several days of in and out of fridge, some days with no fridge, it worked fine. I think it is a slow degradation, not a rapid drop. I'd say you'd be fine with an overnight at room temp.
The syringes I have used (came with my RX) were either Easy Touch and Trividia brand and both have replaceable caps. I may have used another brand but never have come across one with an irreplaceable cap.
