UK - 40mcg Alprostadil

What is the situation regarding the availability of 40mcg Alprostadil in the UK at the moment?
It used to be available, but Pfizer (Caverject & generic) don’t seem to produce it anymore.
I think Viridal is only available as a starter pack now.
UK. 70 years old.

Just my experience but viridal became impossible to get at any strength switched to caverject which then became impossible to get them switched to generic which I could only get in 10 or 20mcg so for me who needed 40mcg I used 2 packs each time but it was never very successful for me even after trying 60mcg which I was told was the maximum recommended dose trying to push for an implant now
UK 65 fighting ED 20 YEARS tried muse and all the pills Virdol, caverject, invicorp injections not effective using VED awaiting second consultation for implant
L=8.25
G=7 at base 6 tip 6.5 mid
