Embolization or injections?
After several years of erectile dysfunction, a soft glans, and short-lived erections (venous leak), I'm now permanently single and 30 years old. I currently have two options left: Skat and embolization. All other therapies—pills, shockwave pump, etc.—have only provided short-term relief and caused side effects. I've been considering embolization for years because my erectile dysfunction stems from pelvic surgery, and I had normal erections before the operation. However, I've read almost exclusively negative things about it.

Unfortunately the reason you’ve read almost exclusively negative things about embolization is that it just doesn’t work. It really seems to benefit the doc who does the procedure ($$$) and no one else.
If it worked there would be countless posts here about guy’s good experiences with it. The best docs. The benefit of this approach or that. Just like there are for pills, shots, and implants. At this point those are the treatments that actually work.
