Or does mixing pills in between mess things up?
My issue is sometimes I prefer the longevity of the pill (viagara has 4-5 hour window, Cialis about 24 hrs, down from 48 when I first started using it).
With injection its a one shot deal, and then not again for at least 24 hours.
Obviously I would never do an injection within the working timeframe of a pill.... or vice versa. But should one not use different methods even days later after injection?
If I use Trimix one day, is it ok to use Viagara or Cialis later that same week?

I don't see any reason why not.
I take a daily 10 mg to Tadalafil and combine that with an ICI shot as needed. I have a consist baseline with the Tadalafil and I know what level of TriMix can be added to that and stay within safe limits.

There is no problem using an injection and a pill at the same time. On the contrary, my uro suggests combining both to achieve better results. Obviously dosage should be adapted to your use-case.
That said, i find pills very ineffective for anything other than "fooling around" (maintaining a semi-hard that looks and feels good, while watching a movie with the wife or something like that, she can play with it and imo it's better than playing with a silly flaccid dick). In order to achieve better results i need to take 50g or more, which has very strong side effects and i avoid it.
The only "danger" i see that taking a pill before an injection obviously increases blood flow to the penis and your injection site might end up bleeding more than usual because your penis will be already slightly pumped.

40 years old, married. ED all my life because of spinal cord injury caused by a tumor in early infant age. Using standard EDEX20 since 2007. Increasingly bad results with EDEX in the last few years, but had very good results for at least 10 years.

Agree. I've had sex a couple of times with no injection or pills but, for the most part, I need the injection. I haven't been able to use sildenafil for sex in more than a year.Hunchback wrote:That said, i find pills very ineffective for anything other than "fooling around" (maintaining a semi-hard that looks and feels good, while watching a movie with the wife or something like that, she can play with it and imo it's better than playing with a silly flaccid dick).
