Sounds legit. I use pentoxifylline along with cialis to treat PD; the purpose...cialis brings blood flow to help heal micro-tears due to traction therapy, and the pentoxifylline prevents the reformation of plaques and internal scarring.

Yes, when I first went on Trimix some 15 years ago within a year I had a hard pea size nodule form on the left side of my penis. It took a while but I managed to get into to see a Urologist who specialized in Peyronies disease. One of the meds he presccribed was Pentoxifyline 400mgs BID. Along with daily VED therapy, Vitamin E and the Pentox the nodule resolved over a 6 month period. The Urologist moved his practice out of my state, so I had to get a new doc, who knew nothing about Pentoxifylline given for ED, and as a treatment for scarring. I copied a medical article about Pentox given to men with ED and he has continued to prescribe for prevention of scarring and for ED. I am always amazed how little some physicians know about certain treatments in their so called field of expertise.
