Used to take 160mg of Sildenafil as needed before sex until it stopped working.

Due to some psych drugs (1mg Rexulti, 450mg Wellbutrin) I also developed PE. We're talking a few seconds. So I was barely getting hard and ejaculating pretty much as soon as it was in.

Finally gave in and got prescribed Trimix. I really didn't want to stick a needle *there*, but I was desperate. I figured even if I came early if I could keep an erection, I could keep going.

The wife gave me the first injection (She's an RN. She gives me the injection, then we start foreplay.) of 15 units. I wasn't expecting anything because my Dr had recommended 25 units. But the wife insisted we start with 15. Good thing too, because I got a perfectly usable erection that lasted a good three hours anyway with the 15.

And there was no PE urge. I'm not saying we went for hours, but was good for a solid half hour which at our age (50 and 54) is plenty. And an order of magnitude better than I'd been managing.

Since that first injection, the PE urge has creeped back in, but I've discovered that if I masturbate to ejaculation 30 minutes or so before the injection and sex, I can go as long as I like.

If you ejaculate ahead of time, then do you still get a second shot PIV? My anorgasmia makes getting to one hard enough; no chance for two.

I've dialed in my dose to get a good 2-3 hours but my wife only needs 20-30 minutes and she's one-and-done so the extra couple of hours go to waste.

Only orgasm once in her vagina, but yeah, the erection lasts for 2-3 hours so I theoretically could come in her twice. It's just that for her, my orgasm is her finish line more or less, and for me, it just feels like beating a dead horse. Still pleasurable of course, but with no foreseeable end in sight.

Taking a short break and starting again is an option, but as yet we haven't tried that.

I have been using Trimix since Feb. 23 with great success. I used to come fairly quickly, now I can last over an hour. And I am 69. I guess losing 80LB on Ozempic and hour long walks three times a week have helped as well. Also started using a VED at the same time and am pretty religious with its use. I have grown in length and a lot in girth. My resting size is three times what it was. Now I get night wood (a lot) and morning wood. Night wood disappeared 25 years ago. Now I wake up with my dick in my hand at 3AM. LOL.
