I injected for 10 years. After hearing other guys talk about freezing their prefilled syringes without issue I tried it.

Most of the time the needle was plugged. Very frustrating as I only found that out once I had stuck the needle into my penis. Difficult to hold it still while struggling to try to inject. Then having to thaw another…

It’s possible different pharmacies use solution that freezes better than others. Or perhaps lower concentrations freeze better than the high concentration mix I was on. I’m not sure.

I gave up on freezing.

In my case experience the difference in the degradation of strength between freezing and refrigeration wasn’t noticeable. I just didn’t notice a difference in strength.

Never had this problem, however I have learned to draw the plunger back as the rubber casket can get stuck to the inside of the tube. Then press forward until you get a drop at the end of the needle (which you should do on any injection). Then you know the coast is clear and inject away.

I freeze all my syringes so 99% of my injections are with a needle that has been frozen. Never a problem. My technique is similar to Budwsrd's. First, I cycle the empty plunger a couple of times to be sure it moves freely. Then, I pre-fill with an amount that is slightly more than I will actually inject and draw back the plunger to allow some air to accommodate freezing expansion. Put it in the freezer in a pen cases for protection. If I remember to plan, I will move one syringe from the freezer to the refrigerator at least a few hours in advance. When getting ready to use, I again cycle the plunger and, since I have more medicine than I need, I push it out to the correct mark and observe the drop that comes out. With all the masochism I can muster, stick it in and aspirate a little blood. (I find this last step to be a failsafe guarantee that I am in the correct spot. When I don't do this, I frequently have a miss.)

P.S. "Masochism" is tongue-in-cheek. It's very easy for me and I have zero trepidation.

I use sort of a combination method. I keep the vial in the freezer. I take it out and let thaw.
Then I fill 5 or 6 syringes(lasts me a couple of weeks) and put them in a fridge and take out as needed.
As best as I can tell I've been getting excellent potency with injections using this method
