I apparently am at the end of the line with Trimix. What is different with Quadmix?

QuadMix is essentially Trimix with atropine added.

Atropine is the fourth ingredient. It boosts it but isn’t a game changer.

Other things that might help you is adding daily cialis. That helped me when I was injecting. It just made everything work a little bit better.

Wearing a decent cockring helped as well. It slows the venous leak, the most common cause of ED.

Have you spoken with the pharmacist at the compounding pharmacy? Ask them what the maximum micrograms of PGE (prostaglandins) and maximum milligrams of Phentolomine, Papaverine, and atropine will remain in suspension. THAT is your max concentration. If you are using close to 100u (or 1ml) of that mix per injection then you are topped out. At that point implant is the next logical step.

My Trimix is 30/3/60. When injected Trimix the very time, results were awesome and wife pleasing. Erection was rock hard. Now injecting 50 to 60 units. Hardness is sufficient for penetration but after about five minutes erection becomes semi flaccid.

Provided your Trimix has been refrigerated and isn’t super old, your ED has progressed.

There is still room to go up on your Trimix prescription, but switching to QuadMix (making sure the prescription keeps the PGE /PHENTOLAMINE /Papaverine at least as strong they are now (preferably stronger) and adds atropine is t a bad decision either.

If it were me, and I was injecting 50-60 units with poor results I would ask my doc to bump my prescription up considerably. I wanted to have good results with 10-15 units. That way I got a lot of erections out of a vial. That save a bunch of money over 50-60 units a shot.
