Getting the dosage down is interesting. I'm one of those people that gets priapism really easy. The doctor (not the prescriber) says it's probably because I really don't need it. So I had an expert look at it and he gave me an injection of it and immediately of course I got a huge Boner and he ran the Doppler test and he said my vascular condition was good and normal (needed 3 injections of the antidote get it down and it still came back at home and I had to masturbate to get it down) but I want a good hard on. And tri-mix delivers. Only 4 units necessary. I probably should've had some better instruction from the person I get it from but I've learned on my own. But it needs to be delivered properly into the place that needs to go. Twice it hasn't worked because I don't think I put it in the right spot. But now I have a good supply of the antidote (phenylephrine and a diluting solution) and that has worked for me as long as I don't use too much trimix.

I do wish I was a young man again, but this is the next best thing. I do wonder if an implant might not be better.

Bacteriostatic sodium chloride is the dilutant. The little bottles of phenylephrine hydrochloride injection USP 10 mg/ml i get say "1 ml single dose vial. Dilute before use" so i was told to use the other to dilute it

Ahhh… I see, I think. The phenylephrine comes to you as a dry lyophilized powder that you reconstitute with the bacteriostatic water, right? Please tell me if I am misunderstanding.

Trimix worked great for me for 8 years.
Got me hard in 10 mins and stayed hard for 2+ hours even after cumming.

No, it is a liquid also. To be honest, I just used the phenyl by itself at first. But it seems like it doesn't work as well as when it's diluted. The provider I got this from never really provided a lot of instructions to me. So I've kind of learned it as I go along. But when I asked him about the dilution instructions, he said well you can get this to go with it (the dilutant) and he said put about half the shot with the dilution and half with The phenyl.

Unfortunately, priapism is more the rule than not for me. I've never understood why but I think its because i used too much originally. And don't consider me an expert. You're probably much more of an expert than me and can let me know what I'm doing wrong if anything.
