Trimix and Viagra

I read that you should wait 18-24 hours before taking but I'm curious.

If I inject trimix then 4-5 hours later want sex and the erection from the shot is gone or mostly gone, can I pop a viagra to give it a boost?

I can't see why not. I have severe ED because of severe venous leak. I've been taking 100mg of Viagra with a 20mcg alprostadil injection and it hasn't done me any harm. The only thing it does is induce the best erection that I can possibly get.

I think the only warning against mixing pills with injections is increased risk of dangerous priapism. If you're not at risk of priapism then I don't think there's anything dangerous about taking a pill hours after an injection.

FYI regarding ED pills such as slidenafil (Viagra) and tadalafil, there is some literature that says everybody should take a small dose of those pills on a daily basis if they can tolerate them, because they're meant to be very good for your heart. They're also helpful for giving you an extra "pump" if you workout at the gym.
