Can the situation overwhelm bi-mix effectiveness?

Can anxiety reduce the effectiveness of a bi-mix injection. Worked fine when at home but in a "unique situation" the erection went down 30-50%.

I thought it worked no matter the mental state. Do I just need more?

I do think your emotional state plays a part. My experiences are varied using Bimex. I used 20 units and it works and even go down by itself. The next time 20 units did not work, no effect. I used 22 still noting.. It expired so I went a few weeks without it. I eventually purchased it and used 20 again and result was great. My wife does not like the rigidness of my penis so I pledged to her I will use less so I used 18 units. I got an election that lasted approx 8 hours, I took 3 sudafed tablets and nothing happened. I ended up going to the emergency room. Knowing ER there will be waiting. While waiting it did some good because it went down without they administering anything. I am yet to find my 'sweet spot'.I am told that even you are not going to have seen you should inject it because its therapy for the penis. Any thoughts?

Certainly emotional state can have an impact on the quality of erections when using pills and shots.

The pills and shots are essentially assisting the blood flow in (and/or slowing the flow out) of your penis.

If you are super turned on and the blood flow in is increased you’ll have a better erection. If anxiety is interfering with erections they will be worse.

This is the same mechanism behind pills and shots becoming less effective for some of us. It’s not that the medication doesn’t work as well. It’s that our ED has continued to get worse.

Sounds like you may need to increase your dose either by increasing the number of units you inject, or getting a script for a stronger mix, when you are hooking up and just use a bit less when you are home.
