I have hypertension but it's treated fairly well by a Lisinopril / hydrochlorothiazide combo, which is really cheap. I've had no cautions or issues with the drug combo and alprostadil and hypertension. Uncontrolled hypertension and sexual activity can have it's own risks. Don't stroke out. You need to gain control of your hypertension issues. Uncontrolled, it will kill you one way or another.

I have hypertension well controlled by Valsartan and a low sodium diet...that along with regular exercise seems to keep my BP in the normal range. Never had any problem while injecting except the occasional light headedness if I stand up too quickly. You don't say if your hypertension is being treated. It is a slow killer, high BP slowly damages the walls of your arteries..
