Question for psychogenic ED Trimix users regarding natural erections...

Hey all. I'm about 18 months into my Trimix journey for psychogenic ED. I initially found the learning curve to be a bit steep (right dose, technique, etc.), but after a while I have found it to be a game changer! My mix is 10/30/1 (which is light from what I understand) at 1.2 units, which increased from .9 when I first started. I have been sticking to the recommended usage guidelines and I don't injection more than 3 times per week. Anyhow, I had my yearly physical today and in checking in with my physician (she specializes in sexual health medicine), she had some concern about me using Trimix 3 times a week at my age (almost 49) and how that might effect my ability to obtain a natural erection over time. I'm curious if anyone has ever experienced this or had an issue with it. I can still get natural erections solo or with certain kinds of play, but it can be difficult to get out of my head and maintain it with intercourse (Trimix has been REALLY good for my mental health in this area, and for my sex life with my partner of 30 years). For those who primarily struggle with psychogenic ED (especially longer term users), has Trimix diminished your ability to get a natural erection over time? My physician's concern was that overtime it might render it impossible to get an erection without Trimix (or an implant). I'd be curious to hear your thoughts/feedback. TIA!

Given the way the penis works, I would be shocked if trimix didn't degrade the ability to get natural erections over time. The needle sticks combined with the papaverine both cause scar tissue, which is what kills the penis's ability to capture blood and create erection

If anything, it (Alprostadil only) has made my penis much more responsive. Adding a VED to stretch out the old fellow has made the feeling of a full, bigger cock amazing, and the partner isn't complaining either. It's our new joint hobby Bliss !
