Re: Trimix, tolerance so quickly?
I’ve been using 10-1-30 Trimix for about 7 years now and have only increased my volume from 8 units to 15 during that time frame. I store my vial in the freezer and then freeze 10 syringes and keep two in the refrigerator. My current vial lasted 18 months and I didn’t see any drop off in potency. Good luck.
Age 68, retired in Costa Rica. ED related to relapsing remitting MS. Increasing doses of Viagra worked for 10 yrs. Been injecting trimix for last 10 yrs with >95% effectiveness. Erection 10/10 for 2 hours.

My bottles come with indication of not to freeze. I don't know why. But I think I will test anyway

In my country we don't have tô many options in terms of pharmacies that produce the trimix. I think there are only two and The compositions are fixed. 4 or 5 options from the weaker to the strongest (quadmix)

So, do you refreeze your vials multiple times?

I refreeze the vial. I fill about 10 syringes so between each refill, about every month, I thaw and refeeze the vial.

Maybe the syringes you are using are the problem i started with 5/16" don't think it was deep enough changed to 1/2" works much better for me ypu have to get trimix deep in your penis for it to work never had a miss with the 1/2" needles

That could be it. I use 8mm 31G needles. My doctor recommends injecting flaccid and stretched, as this would allow for greater depth. I've rarely missed the target. But perhaps the large variation I see in the effect is due to sometimes injecting superficially. I'll try these larger needles. Here we have options of pen injections like those of insuline. We put a 3 mL vial with mobile plunger, select the dosage, put the needle in the pen and inject. But lately these special vials have increased in price a lot, making it worth buying the normal bottles and serynges.

A little chubby helps also if you aspirate (withdraw the syringe) a bit of blood to verify good needle placement in the cavernosum. I do this regularly to be sure I am hitting the right spot. My urologist approved.
