How much Trimix is too much (per injection)?

Hi guys. 100% ED due to prostate being removed because of prostate cancer. Viagra and stuff like that did nothing so I had to go with trimix. Have not used it for a while so the bottle is about 7 months old. Stabbed myself and put in 40cc and only got about 2/3 hard for 15 minutes. Finally found a new girlfriend so I want to perform. What is the higher range that people have been injecting and also has anyone noticed if they're vial of trimex loses potency after 6 or 7 months. I looked at the vial and it's all clear liquid, no crystallizing or anything like that yet.

A couple things. I’m guessing you meant to say you injected 40units of TriMix, not 40cc. 40cc is the same thing as 40ml. That would be like injecting a turkey baster of TriMix. LOL


The top end max amount of TriMix is really when it is so concentrated that the compounding company says they can’t make it any more concentrated. When you hit 100units (1cc) of that you have maxed out.


It would be helpful if you listed the exact prescription of the Trimix. There are MANY MANY MANY strengths of Trimix. The prostaglandin, Phentolomine and Papaverine can all be different strengths separately.

The response to Trimix is highly variable from man to man. What you have learned is that your 6 month old mix gives you about 2/3 erection. So increase the dose and try again. I found that once I got over 60units I really needed a significantly stronger mix. The difference between 60 units and 100units of that same strength was not as great as I thought.

So try a bigger dose but make an appointment with your doc for a stronger mix.


Regarding the lifespan of Trimix, I really found that the concerns about loss of potency was overstated. It holds up quite well in the fridge.

Im using a mix of 30-1-25 at 15 to 20 units depending on how long i want to stay hard lasts 1to 2 hours then i slowly get soft in the next 3 - 4 hours been using it for the last 5 years

As someone mentioned earlier trimix can last quite a while...... However.... If I had a new girlfriend that I wanted to impress I would get myself a new fresh vial of trimix

My urologist told me he has patients that inject 1-1.5cc (100-150 units). He said the only real limit is the amount of fluid that can be taken in and absorbed by the tissues, and mentioned fluid build-up or swelling as a result of large fluid volume at high doses.
