Using the notation I usually use, your is 30/1/10. You don't say what volume you use, which would also be germane.
I can only compare it to mine which is 30/3/20 or 30/2/20. I consider mine pretty powerful since I only use 3-4 iu's, so yours would be less so. I'd say "medium". Others have more experience so hopefully they will chime in.
