How has your experience been so far after that length of time?

If you don't mind me asking questions:

What's your primary condition why you have to use it? (I have psychological ED).

How many times per week or month do you use it?

Does it work well for you?

Have you had to increase dosage or change ratios over this length of time?

Started on TriMix 30/3/20 (Pap, Phen, PGE1) 7 months ago. I use it every time, except once, which is a pretty consistent 2 times per week - usually 3 to 4 days between and occasionally 2. Dose has moved up from .02ml to .035ml. I should add that I also take a daily 10 mg Tadalafil.

I've had 3 or 4 misfires in cases where I'm sure I botched the injection or the dose was just ineffective. Other than those instances, it's been super-effective and a real confidence builder.

I've approached priapism (a point you should include in your questionnaire) a few times. After 3 hours, my routine, in order, is to exercise (squats), reverse kegels, ice both the perineum and penis, take 120mg of pseudoephedrine, and then finally, after four hours, resort to a phenylephrine shot. I've only had to inject the phenylephrine on three occasions and it has been 100% effective within 5 minutes.

AFAIK, my ED is vascular. Given my age plus diabetes, atherosclerosis, and hypertension, I was doomed. If I had understood the effect these conditions would have on ED, I would have taken them much more seriously 30 years ago.

I see my urologist every 2 to 3 months and I always ask him (wish it was an attractive woman) to inspect for scarring and, recognizing that it's early, none has been detected. Scarring, in addition to just a simple loss of effectiveness over time, is my biggest concern and I'm vigilant about this. I'm considering going to a mono mix of a alprostadil to see if that is effective without the increased risk of scarring.

I paid $250 for 10ml, so at the rate of .03ml per use, I will get 300 uses or less than $1 per shot. Of course it will probably need to be replaced before I get to that. For extended travel, I also have a lyophilized version that I will mix as needed.

I probably average just over 2 times per week.

Have you had any issues with scaring?

Not that I've noticed.

Are you still using the same dosage since the start?

My dosage actually reduced a bit as I learned to fine tune my dose. Adding novelty/sex shop cock rings also allowed a small reduction in dose.

Bimix since 2016 RRP. Twice a week.

I used Trimix for 12 years about once a week. I loved the stuff, it added over an inch to my girth, 6.5+". But after about 11 years, it slowly stopped working. I would get hard but would go to a semi after 15 to 20 min. That's when I got my Coloplast implant which I really love, that was 7 years ago this month.

Results have been fantastic

Twice per week

has worked perfectly 98% of the time

Psychological is probably 75% of my problem

Started out at 12 units.....at 20 units now

Mixture Prosta 10 Pap 30 Phen 1

No scarring as best as I can tell

Like to go 48 hours between uses but have gone 3 days in a row

Lasts about 1.5 hours

I use the Inject ease auto injector....it makes the process so easy

For me it's been life changing

I’ve been using Trimix for a year now.

It’s been great!

I started with 25 units, with a weak mix.
Up to 40 now, gonna ask Dr about going up in strength at my next appointment in August.

I have appointments every 6 months, as I’m on TRT therapy also.
