About 14 years for me, but I've never used tri-mix. I've only been using alprostadil mono-mix. It still works. My ED is the result of a non-nerve sparing RRP for prostate cancer.

I’m not actually on Trimix yet, but hope to get on it in August when I finally, finally get to see my urologist again.
Been on Cialis for the last 10 years. The last 5-7 years have been… pretty good.
My ED is also labeled “psychogenic”, but it isn’t completely psychogenic in the sense that my body has definitely gotten less responsive over the years. When I was much younger (teens and 20s) my erections would kick in the front door and barge in like they owned the place, and they didn’t leave until THEY were good and ready, pushing up through tight jeans and anything else. In my 30s they were proper gentlemen who arrived when needed and then left when their purpose had been served.
And then one night at 41, WHAM!!! The nonsense started. It was traumatic and I couldn’t get hard for like 2-3 months. It was a long, slow slog out of that shit and it honestly took me 2-3 years before I really started to trust my body again.
Now I’m back to square one, although I do know that things can get better this time. I never really got back to where I was before, but I did get to a tolerable place with Cialis, such that I wasn’t stressing about it anymore.
Now I think it’s time for a little more help, at least now and then. We’ll see how the injections go. I had one once when they took me in for a penile doppler 10 years ago; I was very disappointed that it didn’t do much at first but then after all the techs and docs were done and left the room I touched myself a bit and got a nice boner that would not go away; they needed to give me two shots to make it go down.
So, I know it can work, although I also know it can be stymied by nerves. We’ll see.

Edex for several years, then Tri-mix for at least five more. Over a decade of injections total.

Confirmed by Doppler in February that I have no fibrosis or scarring in the cavernosa, so I've been lucky on that score. But it feels like that's only a matter of time, so I'm going for the implant in October.

I have been using Trimix and now Quad-mix for close to 12 years. I was injecting like 30 units of Trimix before stepping it up to Quad-Mix about 2 years ago. So far the Quad-mix with a cocktail ring is doing the job. I also take 5mgs Cialis daily for BPH and if I'm really nervous prior to sex will pop 50mgs of Viagra. Normally 12 units of Quad-mix with a cock ring is sufficient..
