I got trimix all the way from the US, because i can’t get it here in The Netherlands. I got it without any explanation from a doctor or anything.

I suffer from psychological ED (i cant get remain turned on except with very specific fantasies and constant stimulation, despite having quit porn a long time ago). I get plenty of spontaneous and morning erections.

I injected 10 units last night (already a few weeks old vial, some days out of the fridge) in combination with viagra. Nothing happened for like 10-20 minutes. If you can get it shipped to you, you might be better off with a lyophilized (powder to reconstitute when it arrives) variant. This would be much better preserved in transit. It's a little hard to find, and probably even harder to find a pharmacy who will ship it to you, but it's worth a shot.

I actually managed to order caverject (pure pge). I got it due to the supposed lower chance of fibrosis. Trimix already was quite painful, so pge1 will probably not be fun, but it’s worth a healthier dick

Brother, I am not sure if injections are a right choice for you, if your problem is purely psychological.
But regardless, trimix is available in Germany too. In Mannheim there is Coapo Apotheke, they make and sell different types of injections, from generic Alprostadil to Trimix and Quadmix, with different Formular. The problem is that they require a receipt from a urologist. I assume, as a EU citizen you should be able to get it in Germany too. Or maybe your country’s receipt would be enough too. It may be a little bit more bureaucratic, but it has to be cheaper than delivering trimix from the U.S.
I think you might want to give a try and contact them in Mannheim first.

Try 12 units next time and I bet you have very good results.

I have been using trimix for over a decade and just had doppler confirm there is no fibrosis. It can happen, but keep your technique good and consistent and you'll probably be fine, especially if you don't use it more than once a week or so. For a while there I was using it every other day for a couple of years without issue.

Hmm, because of the waxing and waning effect- the up and down erection- I wonder if you may have had a partial misfire on the trimix, or it had weakened. Sounds like mostly the Viagra effect, since trimix erections are usually pretty consistent.

Fibrosis is not a given, with good injection technique. There are many on here that have been on injections for many years with no scarring, as well as long time injectors who eventually went to implant whose doctors found no scarring. It does happen to some, of course, for various reasons, but is not inevitable.

What you need is confidence and support.
Find positions where it's easier to maintain an erection.
