My trimix causes erection lasting too long. Are there trimix lasting less than an hour?

I'm presently on trimix. The problem is that it lasts a long time and that causes pain in my penis. I tried lowering the dose to see if I can get erect for only 30 minutes but it doesn't work. Are there other injectable medication that can produce erection for less than an hour?

The pain is likely being caused by one of the three components of TriMix, the prostaglandin.

BiMix is the two other components, Papaverine and Phentolomine.

Ask you urologist if you can try BiMix instead. It will likely give you an adequate erection without the pain.

Or you could go for a mix with less papaverine and more alprostadil (PGE1). You'd have to re-titrate to find the proper dose again. The alprostadil is supposed to increase hardness. The papaverine is supposed to increase duration.

The question is if you can get past the alprostadil pain. Some guys never have pain issues with alprostadil, some guys get the pain when first using it and find that is diminishes or totally goes away with continued use and some guys can never tolerate alprostadil. I'm one of the middle group. I had pain when first using it but I don't have that issue at all now.

I have been using trimix for about 5 years whe i first started my penis would ache but it slowly stopped over time after getting used to it my erections last about 2 hours but i can change the lenth of time by increasing or decreasing the dose i have lasted up to 4 hours don't know your dose but i use about 20 units of 30-2-25 if i want to ladt longer i go up to 27 units it always works better in the morning than at night if you are lasting to long and getting pain try a lower dose and work your way to find a dose that works best for you every body is different

No, I was trying to solve your issue of the erection lasting too long. The papaverine is said to be the one to increase duration, which you said is too long. But as previously mentioned, with many guys the alprostadil pain moderates or completely goes away with continued use. If your main concern is too much duration then try reducing the papaverine. I understand. This is something I will bring up to my uro for his advice.

Btw, since my last trimix use a month ago, I've acquired sensitivity in in head of the penis and side which havent gone away. My uro prescribed cabapentin. But its hasnt done anything. I dare not use trimix again cuz it might damage the penis further. What do you suggest?
