Another weird weekend....

So for the past year, my wife and I, due to a spinal injury she has, have been a 1 time a week couple, aside from when we go on a trip. This past weekend was one of those weekends.

I've already been moving "up" in the amount of trimix I have needed. 2 years ago, I'd get stiff as a board on 3-4 units of T-101. I'm now up to about 15 units for a solid 2 hour erection. So that's a bummer, but it is what it is. My weekend, however, was a hit or miss.

Day 1: 15 units, right side, solid 2 hours.
Day 2: 15 units, left side, solid 2 hours.
Day 3: Had done PT-141 earlier in the day, so I was sporting 80% erections most day. I have often found, for whatever reason, when I inject more chubbed up, it doesn't work as well...I suspect it's because the needle isn't going deeply in enough when chubbed. I use the same small insulin needles that I usually do, so maybe when semi-erect, I need a longer needle. So this was not as effective -- it died on me about 15 mins into actual intercourse (after an hour of foreplay). So that was a bummer.
Day 4: (this morning). we wanted a quick one before checking out of the hotel. I did 10 units as I didn't want to be sporting a stiffy while walking around the lobby (we were on a tight deadline). 10 did NOT work. I barely got hard. Embarrassing.

Should you need more and more each day if you do this in succession? This is an unusual circumstance in that we don't do it very often, but when we get 4 days without kids or interruptions, we are not going to NOT have sex.

How do you find the combination of PT-141 with TriMix? I have a lot of PT-141 in various forms (unreconstituted lyophilized powder, frozen mix from multiple Internet sites, branded Vyleesi) but I haven't used it since starting on TriMix about 7 months ago. I started with PT-141 primarily for anorgasmia, based upon some research presented last year. While TriMix solves the erection problem, I'm still left with delayed ejaculation for which the PT-141 might be a nice addition. But I worry about priapism from combining the two.

I've seen reports that go both ways. Some guys build up a tolerance that requires more medicine; in some, the multiple shots become additive to increase the effectiveness.

You probably missed the corpora cavernosa.

What works for me is to start with a lower dose to pre-fill the dick, then add a second injection on the other side with the same lower dose into the then spongy corpora cavernosa.

I would be very careful mixing Pt 141 and Trimix. Just saying
