New guy with a bunch of questions

Postby DonBecker54 » Wed Dec 25, 2013 4:39 pm

I was referred to this site from another mens forum where the topic of injections came up. It sounded good enough that I thought I'd give it a try.

I made an appointment at a mens ED clinic in Birmingham for next Monday. This is the same sort of clinic that I've read about in other states. Seems like they make their money from the meds.

I have a date on Saturday, five days after my appointment.

So, I'm wondering a bunch of things. One, would I be better off seeing a urologist than going to one of these clinics? Two, is it possible to get the right dosage in time for a Saturday appointment? Three, am I just pushing this too much too fast, and should I just use Viagra instead for that date?

I'm 63, and do alright with Viagra, although I'll often go softer when it comes time to penetrate, sometimes too soft for penetration. Might be the physical effort of moving around. Don't know.

Once I have an orgasm, though, that's it. I'd like to have a firmer erection, and I'd like to last longer than one pop. From what I was told, injectibles like tri-mix allow the erection to last even after orgasm. Don't know if that's true.

If anyone can chime in, I'd appreciate it.

From what I've heard the sites that also sell the drugs do gouge you.

If your date is after your appointment, you should have the drugs, but in my case it was too weak and I needed some time to dial in the proper dosage.

I'd recommend seeing a Urologist, but you probably can't get an appointment in that short a time.

I suspect you may be pushing it too fast and maybe you could take it a bit slower on the date?

Even using the tri-mix, I go soft after the orgasm right after injecting. Later on, it doesn't matter and stays hard even when I don't want it to.
At least it doesn't hurt and makes me feel somewhat manly with a nice erection that does go down after I'm up and about.
If your date is going well, a short intermission may be welcome?

We're all different in how our bodies adapt to tri-mix, and you really will need some time to get it all dialed in.

I do seem to have my best results after taking a low dose of Viagra before injecting to plump up some and maybe that also helps the erection time, but I'm not sure.

I think you're doing the right thing by asking us veterans about this and hope others will chime in. Don't be surprised at the variety of responses though.

Good luck on your quest to a better sexual experience.

Thanks for the reply.

Later on, it doesn't matter and stays hard even when I don't want it to.

Later on as in when? After the orgasm? After you'd been taking it for awhile? After you'd adjusted the dosage?

Sorry for the dumb questions.

I'll try to post an answer again.
After orgasm, I usually get soft, but get another erection 15 or 30 minutes later.
This one is usually harder and stays hard longer.

I would want to be sure of the dose and reaction, and make sure it goes down by itself at some point before I went on a date. The last thing I'd want to happen on a date is to end up in the hospital from priapism.

I've been injecting for 10 months, I do have my dosage down, but I still haven't pursued any women because of all this. I never had any erection problems until I had my gland out a year and a half ago. Everything is just so un-natural now.

I get a very hard, although short, erection from Trimix. It stays that way for at least two hours no matter what.

Ouch. I think I'll see a urologist. They said $16 to $31 per dose on the phone and $99 for the visit, but didn't say how large the dose is. Maybe that's one milligram.

And whatever dose ends up being right for you is yet to be determined.

I use 6 units, some guys here have to use a large multiple of that.

Don,

If you really need to have a couple of doses available in such a short timeframe you may have to just bite the bullet and go to the clinic.

BUT you should resist their $1000 dollar deal at all costs (I don't know if that is a contract for X number of loaded syringes or just a vial and syringes for you to fill -- never used a clinic but have read guys posts about the big bucks they charge).
No doubt they will hardsell you into a contract, but you should insist that you want to try two or three shots at home first and no deal unless they allow that. They will cave if you stand firm -- which you will be at the time anyways -- hah.
Bring a cold back/ice cubes or whatever to pack them in so you are ready to leave with a few syringes filled and ready ... as soon as you can.

If you can insist that you must try (with your girlfriend) before you buy the whole $1000 lot and you can get two or three filled syringes for that odious 16-30 dollar cost that'll do you for the weekend and you should then never go back to them. Line up a Uro to prescribe Trimix and mailorder it or whatever.

Worth a shot .. and yes you will be out $150 bucks or more but for your weekend needs it might do it.
Just Game The System to your shortterm advantage....
