How effective are injections for the venous leak?

Would you guys be so kind to share your opinion and maybe your own experience on the topic? How effective is Caverject/Trimix for tackling venous leak? I know they only buy some time, but I am 33, and it seems like Tadalafil and Sildenafil are loosing its effectiveness. I stil can achieve firm erections with pills, but as soon as I stand up, or stop stimulating, they go away fuckin* quickly. It also seems like my erections became quite weaker since Covid in autumn last year(don’t know if it is a direct correlation), and nocturnal erections are not very reliable and regular even on 5mg tadaladil daily.

The other problem is that I live in Germany and as far as I know it’s not easy to get an implant paid by the insurance even if you want to go for it. The implants are last resort over here, after all the methods (incl. injections) failed.
Could you share your own experiences of using injections while suffering of the venous leak? How effective are they for you and how long did they work?

off topic but a reliable ridgi10 malleable can be had in india for 3500 US .

To be honest, India is not an option for me. To far, too risky imo. I am thinking about Turkey, there have been some very positive posts and feedback on the forum about Istanbul. Also, ridgi, but not a malleable one.

I use Edex to inject because I have to use the VA as my primary health care.
Edex does work, but with some advice I have found that using a cock ring around
the balls helps my erection become more firm and also makes my erection stand
out further. I apply the cock ring right after I inject, the cock ring is snug but not
overly tight. If the cock ring is to right I cannot ejaculate. I am just the opposite,
the Edex works well but if I lay forward, ie missionary position, the erection is not
as good. My wife and I have discovered that I can function very well if I stay on my
knees instead of laying down. We have adjusted our sex accordingly, which is something
that many guys have to do. Once you are used to it, it can be very enjoyable and I
have been able to satisfy my wife very well, not as good as years ago, but nothing
is as good as it once was. There are adjustments that have to be made, but if
you are willing to experiment a little bit, the sex can be very good and enjoyable.

Is a position depending sex a new issue for you? Or did you experience it prior to injections? Even when you was younger?

I am 33, and I can get good erection being on pills, but only laying down. As soon as I stand up, I will start loosing my erection without a stimulation. Pretty quickly. It’s depressing. I wish I could have sex standing up, but it’s not a case in most venous leak cases, as far as I am concerned

I used Trimix for about 3 years. It worked great at first, then I had to keep increasing the dose to get a sufficient erection. When it took 60+ units to get a good erection the next day my penis would ache.

Never had any leak when I was younger. I would ejaculate pretty fast the first
time, but I could go a very long time before cumming again and I was pretty much
rock hard. It took much more stimulation for me to cum the 2nd time. I do not
remember any issues as far as positions or anything else. I was a young stud and
I knew what I wanted...... a hot wet lady. The first 20 years after I was married
were pretty normal, any position, anytime. It's been in the last ten years I have
noticed some changes, and not good changes. But it happens, you can sit and feel
sorry for yourself or you can get a positive attitude and do something about it.
There is lots of help out there, this group of guys is one of the best, about any
trouble or problem and you can pretty much tell it as it is......
