Generally speaking ED therapy is:

1. PDE inhibitors (e.g. Viagra, Cialis..etc), until complications arise

2. Injection Therapy, until complications arise.

3. Penile implant.

There are horrer stories in all three steps.

But I dont see the value of fretting over this.

It is to evaluate if I’m using the best option of the three. They are all efficacious enough so I use whichever one seems safest and most sustainable.

And it's also to evaluate if it's a good idea to use injections regularly or if I should save it for rare occasions.

PDE inhibitors are by far the safest ED method. I've used PD inhibitiors for 10 years and never have any issues, I used Trimix once and gave me a painful erection that lasted for almost 4 hours causing permanent damaged. I still remember when Nathan Papadeas told me at my visit at Summit Male Medical in Tempe Az, that Trimix was safer than Cialis, what a despicable human being
I had a trauma 2 years ago, caused me narrowing, dent and shortening. PRP injections three months ago=worse narrowing, and worse ED. Now I only have two choices: impotent or implant. Born in 1975, in a relationship with girlfriend fir 4 years

Yet PDE5i's can cause blindness and deafness.

This is my point.
45yo, venous leak. Pills increased tinnitus (very rare). Using bimix+atropine, 0.2 of:
Atropine Sulfate: 52MCG/ML, Phentolamine MES: 0.9MG/ML, Papaverine HCL: 26MG/ML

And so I ask so I can compare the downsides

Guys I still haven’t seen anyone describe a truly horrific complication from using injections.

Are they really that safe that nobody here has had a disastrous complication? Are guys not sticking with them long enough to get in trouble?
