I know this may be a stupid question, but when should you put on the cock ring?
Before or after the injection?
Logically, you don’t want to inhibit flow into your penis, so I would think after the injection, but I’m not sure.
Thanks in advance.

The times I've used the rings I always had best luck with before. Plus it plumps it up and makes it easier to hit the spot.

Re: Cock ring when?
For me always found it best to put the ring on after the injection, and starting to grow.

I always put the ring on before shot (now before inflating). Found them to be very beneficial.

Re: Cock ring when?
I echo what others have said.
Try both before injecting and just after injecting.
Logically speaking the use of cock ring helps keep blood and Trimix in the erectile chambers.
I have put the cock ring on before injecting. I then try to force blood into the penis to become slightly erect which helps injecting in the correct spot.
The caveat is I found it takes slightly longer to get erect.
Make sure it's a properly fitting device. Not too tight and not too loose.

Struggled with ED/PE for years.
Started using Trimix in May 2022 with very good results.

A caution with cock rings, they can cause thrombosis (mondors disease) if worn too long.
Recommended period is to wear it no more than 20 minutes and not more than once in an hour.

Re: Cock ring when?
In my experience, it's best to put them AFTER the injection, but not instantly. Wait 2-3 minutes and then put it on.
If i "plump up" too much before injection i ended up bleeding and even sometimes develop hematomas.
Don't worry about "blocking the inbound flow", your arteries (who bring in the blood) are way deeper in the penis than your veins (who drain the blood and actually need to expand in order to constrict the blood flow). So in short, the cockring will help by blocking your veins while leaving the arteries free.

40 years old, married. ED all my life because of spinal cord injury caused by a tumor in early infant age. Using standard EDEX20 since 2007. Increasingly bad results with EDEX in the last few years, but had very good results for at least 10 years.
