I tried .10 ML of Tri-Mix T105(PA30MG/PH1MG/PG10MCG) once before I had a radical prostatectomy last month. I got thick and very hard, but not as long as normal.
My erection wouldn't go down despite sudafed and a self-injection of phenylephrine, so off to the ER I went.
I saw a new Urologist today and he prescribed Caverject Impulse, 20mcg. I just checked on Good RX and 1 carton with 2 injection systems of 20mcg is $200.
Should I try a lower dose of the tri-mix since I already have it?
Any better pricing available for Caverject, or any other injectible with a lower risk of priapism?

62yo, divorced. on weekly 100 mg xyosted. ED at 50. Experimenting with the Trimix, Caverject/Monomix for dosage+ ved to maintain health. Prescribed daily 5m Cialis and 20 mg on demand.Viagra works better than Cialis. Researching implant as final solution.

It says 10mcg but then it also says Sig:20mcg.

holy fuck, I'd start with 2.5 mcg and work your way up, given your very strong reaction to just 10 units of trimix
24 y/o suffering from sudden onset of severe ED (from previously having no ED at all). perfectly normal penile doppler and blood/hormone/urine test results. UPDATE: diagnosed with tight pelvic floor dysfunction

I'd try lower them both - caverject and lower dose trimix.
If caverject works, I'd do that, since it's only PGE1 and not the other ingredients in trimix which can cause scarring.
But you could get priapism from caverject too. It's all about the dose. I'd start with 1/4 or 1/2 of the prescribed dose. Doctors always prescribe too much and send guys to the ER.

44, ED problems began around age 28 when I was on finasteride for hair loss, and also got circumcised so I lost a lot of sensation. Pills gave me bad headaches and other side effects. Now using trimix 30/1/20. So far so good.

Get the doctor to write a script for alprostadil mono-mix. I'm pretty sure Hobbs Pharmacy on Merritt Island can fill it. If your doctor doesn't know call Hobbs and ask the pharmacist who he should write the script. (I assume you live in Brevard)
It will be essentially the same ingredients as Caverject but comes already in liquid form. You keep it frozen and draw up and inject the dose you want. That way you can start low and not waste those $200 cartridges.
Or you can go cheaper and get your juice from where I do in West Palm, Coastal Compounding Pharmacy. You'll have to pay shipping but I think it's still cheaper than Hobbs. They only ship within FL. You can call and talk the the pharmacist there if you like. They seem to try to be helpful. I paid $110 last time for 10ml but they may have gone up like everything else. I get mine mixed at 80mcg per ml and use about 14 units per dose. I think I'll go for 100mcg per ml next time just to keep the math easier.

I don't know how Hobbs dispenses it. Coastal Compounding dispenses it in ten 1ml vials. They go in the back of the freezer and stay until needed. The one I'm working out of goes in the front of the freezer and gets thawed for use and then returned to the freezer. It only takes a couple of minutes to thaw.
