With whatever dosage of trimix that you are doing , or quad mix, is the pain or discomfort after the injection ever go away. ? Or is that just a side affect you have to deal with ?
I’am fairly new to the injections , still trying to get the right dosage to produce the desired result , But the pain or pressure in the head of the cock after the injection is always present ... is that normal ??

Don't be impatient Harley.
I know I have read here of more than a few experiencing pain. Some say it has gone away after they have been injecting for awhile. Others give up because it does not go away and it's too bothersome. It is experienced in varying degrees and duration.
You say you are new to injections, so too early to know for sure how it will all turn out. I would stay the course and try different amounts, mixturs, etc., with help of a qualified physician and some reading here.
I recommend more reading here on FT under the Injections heading. A lot of varied experience here. A lot of good information buried in older posts. Worth spending the time, in my view.

Why the impatience for a response? I saw the post a bit earlier but thought the question deserved a better response than I then had the time for.

OK, injection pain. My thoughts. In your case I'm guessing you're describing alprostadil pain, one of the the tri-mix ingredients and the most potent ingredient.
1) Well first off to get the worst case scenario out of the way, some guys just don't get along with alprostadil and never will. They have to resort to bi-mix which is alprostadil free or some other ED solution.
2) Better news is it's fairly common to have alprostadil pain when starting out with injections that contain it. With many, if not most users, the pain will moderate or completely disappear with continued use. It might take a fair while to completely or mostly go away.
3) Some (myself included) have discovered that perfecting your dose largely alleviates the alprostadil pain. When you find the dose that gets the job done, don't use more than that needed dose. Super dosing can cause that pain.
4) There's also an outside chance you're sensitive to one of the other ingredients of your mix but not likely.

I think I covered that already.
There is other pain associated with injections that are more technique related but I think the ole alprostadil pain is what you're discribing.
Good luck.

Re: Trimix dosage
I cured Trimix ache by using 100mg sildenafil (generic Viagra) with 40% of the Trimix I formerly needed. See my post in "Injections" forum, "Taking the Plunge with the Plunger" topic 6-13-20.
Age 79 in 2024. On testosterone replacement due to hypothalamus malfunction. (Attention depressed guys: low testosterone is a cause.) Healthy health nut but ED due to getting old. Like to keep enough cardiovascular ability to thrust for 30 min.
Re: Trimix dosage
For me, the ache doesn't happen until I have had a two hour erection or I have used more than needed.
I'll often have a bit of the over inflated balloon feeling, but it's usually mild (and I kind of like it, takes me back to the erections at 13-14 yes old).
As long as the pleasure out weighs the pain I'm good.

Age: 39, Diabetic (well controlled) HBP (since teens, less well controlled, but ok),
mild ED for 3 years, l arginine l citrulline and norvaline (amino acid stack) helped.
Pills: ineffective. Started trimix: 6/24/18, EXTREMELY effective.

Re: Trimix dosage
As others have said the dull ache when using Trimix is likey the prostaglandins. I’ve used Trimix (and now quadmix) for several years and the ache has never gone away.
My advice (as a lay user of Trimix, not as a healthcare professional - talk to your doctor):
If you are on a LOW dose of Trimix try BiMix instead. It doesn’t have prostaglandins in it and it may be effective for you.
I was in the high end of the Trimix dose so I switched to quadmix (Trimix plus atropine). By doing so I was able to cut the prostaglandins in my dose in half. I have MUCH less ache that way.
So in summary: if the ache doesn’t go away try switching to BiMix or Quadmix instead.
