Encore delux pump
Hey fellers ,Maybe you can suggest something to help me? I When I put the tension ring on I pump it up to its firm and when I slide the ring off it goes past the penis onto the sack ,I need at the base I know I have that little round rubber mat around it but it dont seem to help? I Need something between the pump tub and my body because when I pump up good the tube is in my skin? I am probably doing something wrong .I am trying to get the ring at the base of the penis .If I bring my seal it goes soft ,can you help me or guide in what I need to do?

Re: Encore delux pump
Dodbee57, I generally manually hold the scrotum manually our of the way when I apply the ring/s. Once in a while I do miss and it ain't too comfortable. The flat silicone donut does help a little. Gotta just be very careful.

ALan810 ,I will try that but I just dont know.I was hoping it was something that I could buy and it is thicker maybe 1/4 thicker that may help in between the cylinder and my body ,but I dont know.

Re: Encore delux pump
I have this pump, but I primarily use it for rehabilitation (without the constriction ring). I have limited experience using the rings to hold an erection. However the few times that I have, it's never been a problem. When I use the pump for rehabilitation, I use a big silicone donut but that obviously won't work when you're trying to use a ring. In that instance I use it with no buffer between the tube and my skin. I rotate the extraction cylinder to push the ring onto the base of my penis and it goes on just fine (never grabs the scrotum - ouch!) I'm not sure I'm understanding your particular issue so could you try explaining it one more time, please? Maybe even with pics?

Re: Encore delux pump
I don't have an Encore pump. My TIMM model came with bushings in three sizes. A bushing helps to narrow down the cylinder chamber so that you get a tighter vacuum seal and also makes it more comfortable to use. By using the correct sized bushing, when it's time to remove the VED, a tension ring will slide off the cylinder to the base of the penis, not to the scrotum.

I'm in my early 70's. Serious problems with ED started in my early 60's. ED drugs were eventually not effective enough. Aquired VED pump and constriction rings in 2024 which provides usable erections for sexual activity.
