Traction device works to gain if used size before implant

Hi, I wanted to ask about the effectiveness of penile extenders. Do they actually lead to measurable and permanent length gains?

For example, if someone uses a traction device consistently and gains around 0.5 to 1 inch in length, would that increased length carry over after undergoing a penile implant surgery? In other words, does pre-surgery traction therapy help improve the final post-implant length outcome?

I understand that penile traction can take a very long time—sometimes several years—to produce noticeable results. Given that, is it still considered worthwhile before surgery, or are the benefits relatively limited in the long term?

I’d really appreciate any insight or guidance you can share based on clinical experience or research.

My surgeon wanted me use a traction devise in the 4 weeks before my surgery to get as much size as possible. I was on the small size. Although I did not measure size pre surgery I think it helped as I get back to a decent size after surgery.

I have Restorex and Penimaster. Hindsight is, didn't need it (traction)

VED is (was) most likely all I needed and cost effective.

I'm much better now than I was post and pre cancerous. But could of been just as good with VED alone. I recommend Cialis too.
