Question about pumping

I am a diabetic type 2 and have had ED for several years. Viagra by itself does not work. I tried injections and they did not work (but did the first time I was in the doctors office) I have been using a vacuum pump with quite good results, especially if used after taking a Viagra or Levitra. I think the key is to do it slowly; pump it up and release the pressure and repeat several times until you get where you want it to be.

My question is is there any benefit to pumping every day as a therepeutic means to possibly restore some function that has obviously been damaged to the diabetes?

I am an insulin dependent Type 2 since 1993. I progressed from 25 mg of Viagra to 150 mg. When Viagra was no longer effective, I started to rely on a pump and constriction but was not happy with the 20 minute window until my dick became too numb and insensitive to perform. I now alternate between the VED and Trimix.

With regard to therapeutic pumping, I have been daily pumping for about three years for both penis enhancement and for penile therapy. It has definately increased my girth a bit, but has also helped my EQ somewhat; however, not enough to achieve penetration without the aid of meds. I use a routine similar to the one you outlined; however, after each of three 10 minute session, I exit the tube and grip the base of my shaft with an ok grip and slowly slide the grip up towards the glans, forcing the blood up into the glans. Just before reaching the glans, release the grip on the shaft and squeeze the glans three times, pushing the blood back down the shaft. Repeat three times before reentering the tube and pumping it back up again.

As I mentioned, i am unable to achieve a full erection without meds, but I can now get pretty close with only 50 mg of Viagra. When it absolutely, positively has to be there, I resort to my Trimix.
