Length Loss

Postby dunbar57 » Thu Apr 24, 2025 1:55 pm

When I use a VED pump I reach 7 inches in length. I slide a cock ring off the tube while still inflated, but as soon as I release pressure I lose 2 inches in length. My girth stays great, 6.25 inches.

Is this just the way it is or can I do something about the length loss?

The pump expands your tissues in all directions. I don;t think there's anything you can do about it, you're going to lose that expansion as soon as you release the vacuum. The ring(s) can only do so much.

Have you tried using more than one ring? More constriction might help a little, but you'll never keep it as big outside as you are inside that tube. It's like the window of a candy store we can never go into, but that's just how it is.

Hi, you could try using a cock ring, this holds the blood in your dick, it only last about 15 mins but you get a good erection

I am using a cock ring. It keeps my glans engorged and my shaft thick and hard but doesn't preserve length.

Perhaps the ring is not tight enough. I gave up using the pump as the ring size I needed to use in order to keep my penis inflated was so tight I couldn't stand it.

The same thing happens to me. A lot of it depends on why you are using the pump.

I use the pump for physical therapy and to maintain my size.

I've used the pump daily for the past couple of years. Although it makes my penis fully engorged, It never results in an erection suitable for penitration. Unless I've taken viagra or Trimix. At which point I never need the pump to begin with.

The only exception is I do also use the pump for a couple of minutes to prime my penis before injecting Trimix. I makes for an easier target and results in a quicker erection.
Struggled with ED/PE for years.
Started using Trimix in May 2022 with very good results.

You need to use a constriction band, not a solid cock ring. If you are using a band then you need a smaller inside diameter (tighter) one, the one you're using is too big and it's not keeping the blood in your penis, then you lose your erection.
When you pump up to a full erection overpump a little more, hold the pump pressure there about 10-20 seconds, then slip the band off the pump tube being careful not to loose vacuum till you've got the band off the tube. It takes some practice but once you get it you won't loose length when the tube's removed, the band (if the correct tension) will see to that, and your erection will stay hard

Try one of these bands, I'm sure one of them will work for you.
Note: You can't go by the girth of your penis when ordering, it's how much tension it takes to keep the blood from escaping.
