The study was only post op. The gains were increases over the pre op measurements.

Ok I believe I understand now, the study is stating that using the VED produced more length post implant surgery compared to pre-op lenght.

No, implant won't make you larger. Even not when using a Ved. The best you can achieve post-op is the same length as pre-op.

can the ved stretch a cock implanted with the 3 pieces? if so, in what percentage should the system be inflated and the pump pumped, (seeking detailed explanations)

I have a mallabble and was told when I asked not to use a VED on the implant because it could possibly stretch out the length of the penis some and cause a floppy head ..
