I've used a pump for more than a year after prostate surgery. I'd leak some at first, sometimes quite a bit, when doing the rehab thing. But it's gotten better with time. Now the only thing that seems to be leaking when I use the pump is precum mixed with a little urine.

Yeah, I've noticed lately it's not such a big deal anymore. It usually doesn't leak at all now.

But having had essentially no bladder control for 3-4 months post-op and hating every minute of it, having it leak out into the pump when I first started using it was alarming, to say the least.
