I pump 10 minute sessions at a vacuum level of 6. After every 10 minute session I massage my cock for a minute or two then repeat. The whole process takes about an hour. I do this every day.

After 3 years, still using and still enjoying. I don't use the pump for sex but I do a regular
pump routine. I think everyone will tell you it does add girth, at least it does for me. The
kind of girth I did not have 3 years ago.........ask my wife. If you get in a regular routine
and do it often, you will see results, not inches but you will see results. Just add it to regular
morning or evening activities, it only takes maybe 20 mins a day and it is very much worth
the effort.

I do this three or four times a week, sometimes as long as 45 minutes. I do take breaks during my sessions to bend and rotate my shaft. I have noticed gains that last are there all the time. My shaft feels heavier and my flaccid length is longer also. Between 6.5 to 7 inches.
